Mahayana Temple Buddhist Association of New York City
Eickhof Columbaria Inc. is pleased to announce that The Mahayana Temple Buddhist Association of New York City has contracted with Eickhof Columbaria Inc. to furnish, assemble, and install 1,800 companion niches for their new columbarium space. This is an interior columbarium comprising two free standing double sided walls. Each double sided columbarium wall is 30 feet long by 11 feet high. The columbarium niches will be 9" x 9" x 16" deep fabricated from Eickhof's fire proof high strength cement fiber building board. The columbarium niches will be finished in crystal pink marble with each individual 9" x 9" marble niche front being fastened with Eickhof's concealed locking system. This will provide a beautiful sheer wall of pink marble. The project is scheduled for completion in the Summer of 2010.
